Our kitchens are located at Carlow Rehab Centre. Merlin Catering is available to cater any events in the Carlow area and anywhere within approximately 1 hrs drive.
H.A.C.C.P. is our code in hygiene and we have implemented ISO340/1994 Irish standard practice in food hygiene.
